Kaitlyn Anderson, MSW, SWC
I graduated with my master's degree in social work from the University of Denver with an emphasis on mental health. In my practice I enjoy fusing psycho education, mindfulness and nature.

My professional background includes teaching ESL in Argentina and working at a horticulture therapy program for at-risk adolescents and young adults in Hawaii. There, I strengthened my knowledge of mindfulness, connecting kids to nature, and trauma-informed care. Eventually, I landed a position as a social work manager in a nursing home. All of these experiences have led me to pursue the fusion of mental health and education.

Outside of my clinical work, you can find me relaxing at home or exploring the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. I enjoy snuggling with my dogs, baking bread, mountain biking, surfing, and skiing!
