Aubrey works primarily with children who have experienced trauma or mental health challenges and their caregivers to help nurture healthy attachment bonds and work together through challenges. She believes that the earlier an intervention happens with children and in families, the better the outcome. Mental health is vital to overall wellbeing and when one person heals, that can effect change for generations.
Aubrey has her Master's in Social Work from Walden University her a Bachelor's in Social Work from Metropolitan State University. She is trained in EMDR, flash technique, and is a neurofeedback provider.
Aubrey enjoys reading, paddle boarding, and building Legos with her kids.
